Love yourself first?

I have recently bought this Garrett popcorn to share with my nephews, niece and our lovely neighbour.. And when I was about to give it to them, I saw this note..

It's a sign isn't it? Love myself first?

I know life has been hard, and I always forgot to put myself as a priority 😪. How can I self love before I could fall in love again?
