I made a cappuccino with some pistachio sauce at home earlier.. Love the combo.. 

Somehow, not sure why certain brand's milk is not able to froth, tried with another brand and it works well.. weird but learned my lesson.

To many more homemade coffee experiment 😻

It has been a very busy year.

Sadness

These few days, I am not sure why tears flow like nobody business.. 🫢

And just last night, I cried in my sleep.. 😭😭

Hopefully, it's just a phase.. maybe all the strength of holding my tears need to be let go.. keep thinking of those who had left us. Thinking about grievances, it just strikes me. May all is well for them.

It has been awhile since I cook at home.. 🤭

Had a ketupat leftover, and decided to bring it home for lontong (ketupat) goreng. It is more tastier with lots of bawang goreng (fried shallots).

Betul apa yang dikata, jika mengharap balasan manusia, tidak akan dapat apa. Jika kita ikhlas, insyaAllah mengharapkan redha Allah dan pahalaNya sahaja.

Manusia akan lupa kita di saat mereka berada di atas, tetapi jika mereka memerlukan, barulah mereka akan mencari kita.. lumrah bukan?

Baldi dan gayung

Saya jenis yang kurang gemar memiliki baldi dan gayung di kamar mandi. Tetapi saya tetap mengadakan satu set di kamar mandi utama, tiada sebab cuma mungkin saya jarang menggunakannya. 

Namun, malam ini, berbeza sedikit.. mungkin kerana terlalu letih di tempat bertugas tadi, saya menginginkan suatu kelainan.. Allahuakbar, segar betul rasanya, mandi menggunakan gayung dan baldi ini..

Walaupun sesuatu perkara yang kecil tetapi ia dapat mengubah situasi.. semoga saya terus dapat gagahi perjalanan hidup ini.. insyaAllah.. 🤲

I'll need to save up more for that, insyaAllah maybe when there's more rezeki.. 🤲

Allah will test you

Looking at the above, sometimes make me wonder.. why do my prayers always not answered? Is it because I don't deserve it or it's just His test.. Allahuakbar.. 😭

I know life is hard, no matter what, insyaAllah we will persevere. Let's take care of our iman and continue with the prayers.. 🤲

We'll never know, one of these days, the prayers might be magically answered. Amin..

Rooftop view at Novena

I went for a small celebration last Thursday... This view was new to me.

Usually, I'll only capture rooftop view around town or other city area, but this time it was at Novena, not bad, it reminds me of KL view too..

You can also see the never ending busy Singapore road, and heavy traffic as always, haha.. 😅

Weekly walk

Went for another short walk yesterday.

I hope I can continue with this, weekly and consistently.

The location and the view helps too.

I need to get physically active, working on my stamina too, hopefully all are good.

Personal laptop

I've been busy with work and life.

That I have forgotten about my personal laptop..

Been using it for gaming most of the time, the last update was December last year. And it took few hours for the latest update hahaha. 

Maybe I should start gaming back? 😜🤭🙊

Walk by the beach

Went for a short walk by the beach.

The sun was great, clouds were superb.

Alhamdulillah for the weather.

And the sea? Never failed as always..

Thank you ya Allah.. for the simple blessing..

Selesai sudah ibadah qurban untuk tahun ini.. syukur alhamdulillah atas segala limpah kurnia yang Engkau berikan.. semoga ianya bermanfaat buat kita semua.. Amin..

Porridge for dinner

Bismillah...

Went to my parents place few days ago.

I saw mum cooked prawn and potato soup, without hesitation pack them up together with the leftover rice.. hehe 🤭

My throat feels sore and felt feverish too for the past few days. Manage to heat up the above dishes and had it for dinner. Hopefully able to reduce the heat on my body. Took coconut water too earlier, it reminds me on one of my late friend's advised, to drink coconut water instead of cooling water. I've tried both, hopefully it subsides.. insyaAllah.. 🤲

Pabila sibuk dengan segala pekerjaan dan kekusutan kota.. Allahu..

Kini tiba masanya untuk aku beristirehat, walaupun untuk seketika sahaja...

Back to nature

It's been awhile since I went out and enjoy the nature. I told myself to take some time off from my busy schedule and wake up early today. Alhamdulillah, weather was lovely. 💚💛

On the way back, I noticed some raindrops, and start to do'a hopefully can reach home before it started to rain heavily cause I had some laundry on the window and left it open 😆.

Syukur, the heavy downpour started only few minutes after I reached home. 🤲

Goosebumps..

I'm still having goosebumps till today..

I started following her journey since my primary school days, back then she was with Suria records. So happy manage to revive lots of memories with her lovely songs. Love it, sang along with most of it, I still memorise the lyrics 🤭. I remembered that I had sent Hari Raya greeting card to her too.. those were the days 🤣.

Met the lady in person last Saturday.

I know it has been awhile since I have posted anything here. It has been a very busy year. Busy is good they say, but sometimes we need to take a breather too.
